Refunds and Returns

Please read our refund and return policy carefully. 

Overview

We understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.

All returns require either the original receipt or a gift receipt. You may return or exchange for credit only (excluding shipping costs) any book or non-book item (unless notated at purchase) in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Non-book items must also include all original tags and (if applicable) be unopened in the original packaging.

For all returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.

Special order items that have been ordered specifically at your request may not be returned — ie Pony Pals

If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect, or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you. If books or ponies have been damaged, please document the damage and send images to Tiffany@etppublications.com

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

    • Book with obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges/Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit/exchange.

If you are approved, you will receive an Elvis the Pony shopping credit to be used on any products from Elvis the Pony. 

Exchanges

If you receive a duplicate Elvis the Pony Product, we are happy to exchange a book for a book or pony for a pony or store credit.

We also replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Tiffany@etppublications.com

Shipping Returns

 To return your product, please contact Tiffany@etppublications.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
